▶︎作品はとても繊細です。無理な方向に強い力がかかると破損の恐れがございます。お取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
使用後は軽く金具を拭き、ケースなどで保管し直射日光や高温多湿な場所を避けて保管下さい。

▶︎修理対応に関してはInstagramに詳細が明記してあります。

▶︎金具交換可能なアイテムは、商品名の中に〔金具交換○〕とあるもののみです。
購入時必ずイヤリングかピアスかを備考欄にご記入下さい。

▶︎アレルギー対応について。
○ピアス○
貼り付け型のピアスは全てチタンポストです。
キャッチ部分はシリコン、もしくはチタンです。
フック型のものは基本的に16kGPです。
こちらはシリコンに変更可能です。
備考欄に、(シリコンフックに変更)とご記入下さい。

○イヤリング○
貼り付け型イヤリングは基本メッキですが、後ろのカバーが大きい物に変更してあります。
ですが金具に触れる可能性がゼロではないのでご注意下さい。(金具部分も全て覆う事も可能ですのでメッセージにてお問い合わせ下さい)
バネ型のイヤリングもメッキです。
こちらはシリコンに変更可能です。
備考欄に、(シリコンに変更)とご記入下さい。

▶︎商品発送について

商品ご購入後（入金確認後）1週間以内に発送致します。
発送方法は3パターンございます。
追跡無し場合の郵送事故の保証はございません。
過去に未着などはありませんが、不安などある場合は追跡有の発送方法をが選択ください。

簡易包装にて発送となります。
ギフト用の場合は備考欄にギフト用とご記入下さい。簡易ラッピング対応させていただきます。
